“Our toilet wasn't working for days and we waited and waited for another septic service to show up and they didn't come when they said they would and we waited 3 days for no show, so we called Gseptic and they came the same day, did a great job and didn't leave until they knew our toilet was working or not. “Super service. Edgar worked with my schedule to fit me in. He worked hard to fix my problem. Unfortunately, after pumping my tank, he discovered that redwood tree roots have clogged everything, and I'll need much more than a simple pumping of my system. He didn't try to talk me into additional services, which probably would not have solved the problem. He just let me know about the situation in a clear manner and discussed my options with me. Edgar kept me informed throughout the process. He was very professional, friendly, and respectful. I recommend him without reservation.”
